Original Art: Signed by the artist. Includes a signed certificate of authenticity and buyer’s name is added to the artist’s Catalogue for future identification of proof along with a copy of the buyers receipt.
Resell: If you sell or give your painting to a third party, you should record it on the certificate of authenticity when transferring ownership. Transfer information is included and although not mandatory, it’s a very good idea for you and the new owner. A detailed history of an artwork increases its value.
Legal: You are not allowed to sell reproductions or prints of any kind of the artwork, you are buying the original art and the copyright belongs to the artist. The artist is able to sell prints of any kind or to license the image commercially in perpetuity.
